Iltar-Italbox’s Quality Policy is based on the belief that maximum customer satisfaction, in accordance with its explicit and implied expectations and requirements, is achieved through the high quality of the products and services offered.
\nThe entire business management system is based on continuous improvement: this approach that requires everyone’s involvement and participation enables Iltar-Italbox to increase its ability to meet the needs and expectations of its customers.
\nThe top management, starting from customer and market needs, annually defines an Improvement Plan, specifying its objectives. Iltar-Italbox Suppliers and Partners are also involved in the process: they are, in fact, an important ring of the production chain.
\nThe improvement of the company necessarily implies also that professional and cultural at all levels of the organization.
\nThe whole organization of Iltar-Itabox is based on the principles of the quality management system, in compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 international standards.<\/p>\n
